Lesotho political parties workshop

This is a capacity building workshop under the political parties project funded by the Embassy of Finland (Pretoria).

Workshop objectives

• Provide participants with an understanding of the nature and character of political parties
• Provide participants with effective leadership skills
• Equip participants with organisational development skills
• Introduce participants to public outreach strategies
• Give participants insight into political party coalitions
• Empower participants with conflict management skills
• enable parties to participate in electoral processes
