EISA and The Carter Center will hold a two day workshop on Using Public International Law to Assess Elections: The Experience in Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. The workshop will be held at the Laico Regency Hotel. The workshop will provide a platform for participants to discuss the role of public international law in election observation in Africa, and how continental and regional obligations can inform observation methods and processes.
