South Africa
South Africa acceded to the APRM on 9 March 2004.
It has completed a process of national self-assessment, and has received an official review team, which met with national stakeholders and gathered supplementary information for the purposes of drafting a Country Report. This report is presently being considered by the National Government who will append their comments on the substance of the report when it is submitted to the next meeting of the APR Forum, most likely in June/July 2007.
