Country Review Mission (Stage 2)

Once a country has completed its national self-assessment review, and has compiled the report, as well as a preliminary Programme of Action (POA), these documents are submitted to the APR Secretariat. At this time, the APR Secretariat constitutes a Country Review Mission (CRM) as outlined in the MOU on Technical Assessment and the Country Review Visit. During the mission, a mission team which is lead by a member of the APR Panel, meets with a broad number of stakeholders in the national process, evaluate the success of the national self-assessment, and get feedback from stakeholders on possible shortcomings or omissions that exist in the CSAR.
