Presentation to APR Forum (Stage 4)

Rwanda report

If the APR Panel is satisfied with the report, then preparations are made to present the report at the next meeting the APR Forum or African Union Summit. The Head of State of the country in question will then present the report and a finalized Programme of Action at the next subsequent meeting of either the APR Forum, AU Summit or meeting of the NEPAD Heads of State and Government Implementation Steering Committee (HSGIC) meeting.

The report is usually presented to the committee by the President/Head of State of the country concerned, and the report is then tabled for discussion by the assembled members. Once the report has been tabled and adopted by a meeting of the APR Forum, the report must be made available to the general public for review within six months.
