Tanzania: 1995 Election observer missions and reports

National observers

According to Grant Masterson (2009, 537): "Two local monitoring groups, the Tanzanian Election Monitoring Committee (Temco) and the Christian Social Services Commission (CSSC), were accredited to observe the 1995 elections".

International observers

The National Electoral Commission invited the Electoral Commissions of Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe to observe the elections (Masterson 2009, 537, 538).
