Kenya Elections 2007: EISA Technical Assistance to the Pan African Parliament

EISA provided technical assistance to the Pan African Parliament (PAP) Observer Mission to the December 2007 General Elections in Kenya.

The members of the PAP Observer Mission stayed in Kenya from 22 to 30 December 2007. Their deployment plan consisted of two teams: one was based in Nairobi and the other in Meru in the Eastern province.

  • Hon. Paulina Mpariwa (Zimbabwe)

The Observer Mission was supported by an administrative team comprising Ms. Martha Luleka (PAP Director of Bureau and Strategic Manager) and Mr. Fernando Facitela (Translator/Interpreter) with the assistance of the technical team from EISA, which included Mr Dieudonne Tshiyoyo (Senior Programme Officer) and Dr Lucien Toulou (Researcher).
