Dialogue on Political Parties in Southern Africa

EISA and the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) facilitated 2 workshops with the following objectives:

• To analyse the role of political parties in democratic governance
• To provide relevant information and analysis of political party laws and
• To investigate the internal party functioning and assess the degree of intra-party democracy.
