Electoral Reform
EISA has engaged with electoral reform work for some time and in the past 18 months, has held two post election workshops on this subject in Madagascar and in Zimbabwe. The workshops have engaged various stakeholders in the election process and aim to promote better election management, in line with EISA's vision of an African continent where democratic governance, human rights and citizen participation are upheld in a peaceful environment.
The reports and press releases that issued from these workshops are available from the EISA web site. See below for details.
