EISA Côte d'Ivoire Programme Activities

• Training the CSCI coordination team, trainers and observers in election observation
• Organisation and deployment of a long term election observation mission in Côte d'Ivoire
• Publication of observation results

It is expected that the project will contribute to the enhancement of the CSCI administrative and technical capacities in the area of election observation through:

• meaningful involvement of Ivorian civil society in the electoral process
• acquisition of the necessary knowledge and capacity to manage an election observation mission: administrative, technical and logistical
• effective deployment of a long term EOM throughout the country during the electoral process
• impartial, neutral and professional assessment of the electoral process
